| Ⅰ. General |
| “Xinli” brand self-healing LV submerged-arc furnace purposed
capacitor adopts the international advanced silver-zn-Al compound
edge thickened metallized film. The company introduces international
advanced equipment and technology, carries out production
strictly according to IEC60831.1: 1996. The products are mainly
applied to secondary LV reactive compensation of submerged-arc
furnace, used to improve the power factor and reduce reactive
power of smelting system, reduce power consumption, increase
smelting voltage, compensate voltage drop of short net; it
provides new ways for energy saving for high energy consumption
enterprise, really is the ideal product responding to the
energy saving recommendation of the government. |

四、主要特点

5.不漏油:由于采用特种材料作为浸渍剂,常温呈固态,熔点高于75℃
,在使用中不漏油,避免环境污染。 |
Ⅳ. Main characteristics
1. As it takes silver-zn-Al compound edge thickened metallized
film as medium, it has advantages of compact volume, light
weight, stable performance, etc.
2. Low loss, actual value lower than 0.1%, consequently, the
capacitor itself is featured with low energy consumption,
low heat, low temperature-rise, long service life, favorable
energy saving efficiency.
3. Excellent self-healing property: Partial breakdown of medium
caused by over-voltage can self-heal quickly, and resume normal
operation. This property improves the reliability of product
sharply.
4. Safety: Inner installed with self-discharge resistance
and safety device, it is safe and reliable to operate.
5. Oil tight: It adopts special material as impregnant, it
will be in solid state at normal temperature, melting point
higher than 75℃, oil tight and avoid environmental pollution
during operation. |
